From
Wake and its curvaceous forms of metal, rust and fluidity, Natalia Rudovsky & I moved onto an infamous sculpture.
Eagle, created by Alexander Calder, is the notorious image of the
Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Formed like an animal in pose, the painted red metal art piece stands tall and poignant like an eagle at canopy.
We set up upon the lines of artistry and found a linear path of red chairs along the walkway. Natalia struck an upward dog as I framed the image of animal in man, the instinct of woman, the earthliness of humanity, ready to devour its prey, aligned to its Higher Self inorder to overcome this superficial bondage.
In the words of the artist,
Alexander Calder:
"How does art come into being? Out of volumes, motion, spaces carved out within the surrounding space, the universe."
We are the Universal rhythms. We are the creators of our world, attaining the liberation of an eagle in flight.
